Brown Rice pudding

Ingredients
4 c cooked brown rice1/2 c honey1 c white wine1/4 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp vanilla extract4 large eggs
Directions
preheat oven to 325 degrees.
In a small sauce pan heat wine, honey, cinnamon and vanilla until honey dissolves.
Whip 4 large eggs, add rice and raisins. Bake uncovered 45 minutes to one hour.
