Spinach and Mushroom Quiche

Ingredients
1 carton of Kirkland Real Egg Product10 oz Fresh Spinach3 Portabella Mushroom caps (chopped)7-8 Oz Cabot Shredded Light Cheddar
Directions
Chop Mushrooms, Spray a nonstick pan with Pam, lightly cook mushrooms, lightly cook spinach (not fully), Pour one carton of Kirkland Real Egg Product, cook until almost set, spread shredded cheese on top, place in broiler until cheese is melted and starting to brown.

Serving Size: cut pie into 6 slices
