2 packages of frozen broccoli1 large white onion diced5 cups fat free chicken broth1 tsp salt.5 tsp pepper.25 cup skim milk
Combine all ingredients, except half of a bag of broccoli. Simmer 10-15 minutes, then using a mini mixer, mix the ingredients (can use a blender if necessary - don't over-mix). Add remaining broccoli and simmer another 10 minutes.
