Ingredients
Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz) more or lessYeast, bakers, 2.5 tspHoney, 2 tbsp any vegitable Oil, 1 tbsp *Flour, white, 3 cup
Directions
in a large bowl or cup mix warm water,honey and yeast. let sit four 10 min. add oil stir up and slowly mix into flour until dough ball leaves side of bowl- set in greased bowl coverdwith damp cloth until doubled in size- or use the breadmaker on dough setting.
once risen punch down and make pinch off rolls. 18 rolls a just smaller than hamburger rolls - 24 rolls are more dinnersized. we have even made hotdog buns with this recipe. let rize until rolls double in size then bake at 350 degree oven for 15-18 min - until gloden brown- you can glaze witheg white or brush with butter or oil if you want
