Tofu Salad

Ingredients
1/4 cup Best Foods Mayo with Olive Oil1T Lemon Juice1/2t Salt1/2t Pepper1 Clove Garlic, minced1/4C diced celery1 block tofu, crumbled
Directions
1. Whisk together mayo, lemon juice, salt, pepper, garlic and celery.
2. Place tofu in a slow cooker and top with mayo mixture.
3. Cook 2 hours over low heat.
