Crusty Cheese, Beef & Noodle Casserole

1 lb. Ground Beef1 Onion, chopped2 cans 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Soup, undiluted2/3 pkg Egg Noodles (4 cups dry)2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Cook the egg noodles according to the package directions. Fry the ground beef with the onions until the beef is cooked and the onion is just tender. Mix in the cans of soup. In a casserole dish, layer half the noodles, half the meat mixture, and half the cheese. Repeat layers. Bake at 350 degrees until the whole thing is hot and bubbly and the top layer of cheese starts to brown.
