Mexican Fudge with Green Chili Salsa

Ingredients
4 oz. green chili salsa1 lb low fat cheddar cheese (shredded)3 large eggs
Directions
4 oz. green chili salsa
1 lb low fat cheddar cheese (shredded)
3 large eggs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Spread 1/2 lb. of cheese in a 9 x 13 baking dish.

Combine 3 well beaten eggs with salsa.

Spread evenly over cheese.

Add remaining cheese.

Bake 30 minutes uncovered.

Let cool for 10 minutes.

Cut into squares.

Serve with tortilla chips (not included in nutrition values.)
