Hao Chinese Chicken

- 4 chicken breasts-3 green bell peppers-2 large carrots-1 large onion-1 clove of garlic-enough canola oil for cooking ( 2 tbsp)- 1-2 tsp of chinese Hao seasoning stock-1:1 ratio of corn starch to water -salt and pepper to taste
1. cut all vegetables and chicken into strips( the thinner you cut chicken the faster it cooks but less juicy, i like it drier!)
2. mince garlic
3. saute garlic, onions, and carrots till onions brown then add peppers and chicken
4. when chicken starts to whiten add hao and cook till chicken is all the way cooked
5. season with salt and pepper an add cornstarch and water mixture to solidify sauce
Serving Size: makes a LOT of chicken! Cut recipe in 1/2 for 1 dinner or follow it to have left overs the next day!
