Flax Seed Gluten Free Bread

Ingredients
2 tbs breadmachine or rapid rise yeast2 tsp xanthum gum3/4 c sorgum flour1/4 c tapioca flour2 c potato starch6 tbs flax seed (ground)1c + 6 tbs warm water (80 degrees)2 tbs sugar1 tsp salt3 egg whites2 tbs unsalted butter
Directions
Combine dry ingredients except salt and sugar. Combine salt and sugar to wet ingredients.
Add wet ingredients to dry and mix until it is the consistency of cake frosting. Add more water if needed.

Add batter to greased bread loaf pan (9 x 5). Cover with kitchen towel and allow to rise for 60 min. Pre heat oven to 375 and bake for 60 min on middle rack.
