Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients
12 medium fresh mushrooms1/2 cup bread crumbs1 large egg1 cooked pork sausage patty1 oz mozzarella cheese1 Tbsp chopped onion
Directions
Pan-fry the sausage and crumble. Wash the mushrooms and remove the stems. You can use the stems in the filling if desired. Shred the mozzarella cheese. Mix all the ingredients together except the mushroom caps. Fill the caps with the stuffing mixture. Bake at 350 for approximately 20 min.
