Crockpot Pork and Cabbage Dinner

Ingredients
2lbs. of pork loin3/4 cup of chopped onions2 Tbsp. dried parsley4 cups of shredded cabbage1 tsp. salt1/8 tsp. pepper1/8 tsp. allspice1/2 cup beef broth2 cooking apples, cored and sliced 1/4- inch thick
Directions
Place pork, onions, parsley, and cabbage in slow cooker.
Combine salt, pepper, and allspice and sprinkle over cabbage. Pour in broth. Cover and cook 5-6 hours on low.
Add apples during the last 30 min.
