Ingredients
- 2 tbsp canola oil for cooking- 5 green bell peppers- 1/4 to 1/2 cup of shirasu( little fishes)- 1-2 tbsp brown sugar-1–2 tbsp soy sauce-1-2 tsp toubanjan
Directions
1. Cook green peppers and shirasu with toubanjan till peppers are soft
2. Add brown sugar and soy sauce and cook till the sauce takes form
