Spicy White Bean Soup

Ingredients
2 cans of Great Northern White Beans, drained and rinsed 1 container (32 oz) chicken broth1 large (28 oz) can diced tomatoes2 cup chopped carrots1 cup chopped onion3-5 cloves of garlic, chopped3-5 andouille sausages, sliced into chunks2 tbsp cumin2 tbsp paprikasalt & pepper to taste1 tablespoon bacon grease or other pork fatSeveral splashes of hot sauce (optional)Mix/heat all, simmer for 20 minutes or so.Five minutes before serving, add in one bag (6-7 cups) of fresh spinach, Stir into the soup and heat until wilted.
Directions
This is a southern style recipe... something to eat in moderation (although the veggies make it a little healthier!)
