Lori's Butterscotch Pudding

Ingredients
4 cups (packed) of baked butternut squash2/3 container of Walden Farms Zero Calorie Caramel dip1 dash of sea salt1 dropper full of Vanilla Cream flavored Stevia drops1/2 cup of Almond Breeze unsweetened vanilla almond milk
Directions
Slice 2 small or 1 large butternut squash in half, lengthwise. Lay it face down on a lightly oiled cookie sheet and bake in a pre-heated oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Take out and allow to cool. Scoop out the meat of the squash and put into a large blender with the other ingredients. Blend until smooth. As an optional addition, you can put a dollop of whipped topping or cream and a marachino cherry!
