Pumpkin Honey Tofu

Ingredients
1/4 c Pumpkin Butter 1/3 c Honey (or Agave or Maple)1 Tsp Ground Ginger1/4 c Apple Cider VinegarPinch of Nutmeg/Pumpkin Pie Spice/CinnamonDrizzle of EVOO/Coconut/Hemp Oil
Directions
Whisk to combine all ingredients (except Tofu)
Slice your block of tofu into .5" slices

Marinate the sliced tofu for 15 minutes to 24 hours

Bake on a Foil-Lined Cookie Sheet at 450F for 20 Minutes and Flip and cook another 5 or so. or until desired browning is reached.
