quorn mince 300g pack Onions, raw, 2 medium (2-1/2" dia) *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" Garlic, 2 clove Chili powder, 1 tbsp Paprika, 1 tsp ground Cumin, 1 tsp 1 (OXO) Vegetable Stock Cube (mix with 400ml water) Canned Tomatoes, 400 grams Marjoram, dried, .5 tsp Granulated Sugar, 1 tsp Pureed Tomatoes, 2 tbsp Beans, red kidney, 1 400g can dark chocolate 1 or 2 squares
throw everything but kidney beans and chocolate into slow cooker.
cook on high for about 4 hours (put kidney beans in for last hour)/medium for about 6
put chocolate in before serving
