Mexican Tortellini Soup

Ingredients
1 large red peeper chopped1/2 small red onion chopped2 tbsp olive oil2 tbsp cumin powder 1/2 tbsp chili powder1 qt. vegetable broth 1 can black beans1 can RO-Tel dice tomatoes andd green chiles (including juice)1 13oz bag frozen cheese tortellini pasta
Directions
Saute chopped onion and red peppers until soft. Add vegetable broth, can of RO-Tel diced tomatoes and green chiles, Cumin powder, Chili powder and 15.5 oz can of black beans drained and rinsed. Lastly add 13oz bag of frozen cheese tortellini heat until tortellini is warmed through.

Garnish with fresh cilantro.
