3 whole chicken breasts (skin and bone removed)1 pkg Sauer Kraut6 slices Swiss cheese 6T Lite Russian DressingSalt and Pepper to taste
Drain sauer kraut and spread entire package in bottom of slow cooker. Please chicken breast halves evenly over kraut. Top with slices of Swiss cheese. Set slow cooker to 4 hours. When done, serve with 1 tablespoon of Russian Dressing on top of each chicken breast half.
