Refridgerator Bran Muffins

3 cups wheat bran flakes cereal with raisins1 1/4 cups whole wheat flour1 1/4 cups all purpose flour2 1/2 tsps baking soda1/2 tsps salt1 1/2 cups Splenda2 tsps cinnamon2 large eggs, beaten2 cups lowfat buttermilk1/2 cups unsweetened applesauce
*Combine first 6 ingredients in a large bowl; make a well in center of mixture. Combine eggs, buttermilk, and applesauce; add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened.
*Cover batter and store in refrigerator up to 1 week.
*When ready to bake, spoon batter into greased muffin pans, filling two-thirds full. Bake at 350 degrees for 22 to 24 minutes or until golden. Remove from pans immediately.
