Ingredients
2 lb. chopped Broccoli, frozen1 lb. Mixed Vegetables, frozen10 oz Spinach, frozen2 quarts Chicken, stock, organic, boxed (Costco), Garlic powder, to tastePepper, black, to tasteParmesan cheese (optional for topping - not included in nutrition calculation)
Directions
Put all ingredients in a large stock pot. Bring to boil, then simmer for about 15 minutes. Use immersion blender to blend to desired consistency.
