Skillet Chicken Parmesan (Adapted From: Eat What You Love)

Ingredients
1/3 cup breadcrumbs1/3 cup parmesan cheese1/2 tsp dried oregano1/4 tsp season salt1/2 tsp garlic powder1/4 tsp hot pepper flakes1 large egg4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 5oz each)1 tbsp olive oil3/4 cup marinara sauce3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions
Mix together the breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, oregano, salt, garlic powder, and hot pepper flakes in a shallow pan, set aside. In another shallow pan, bean egg and set aside. Pound each chicken breast to 1/2 inch. Dredge each chicken breast in egg, then crumb mixture, and place in skillet pre-heated (med-hi heat) with oil. Cook 4-5 mins each side until chicken is well browned and just cooked through. Lower heat to low. Divide the marinara sauce equally over the 4 chicken breasts. Divide the mozzarella cheese equally over the 4 chicken breasts, then cover and let cook for another 3 minutes until cheese is melted.
