Purple Smoothie

Ingredients
1 c frozen blueberries 1 can pineapple chunks in juice a couple of handfuls of fresh spinach leaves. I think you could also use frozen, but the taste would be different. Alternatively, use kale.
Directions
Put 1 c frozen blueberries into blender pitcher.
Pour 1 can pineapple chunks in juice into pitcher. (Yes, the juice, too!)
Now add a couple of handfuls of fresh spinach leaves. I think you could also use frozen, but the taste would be different. Alternatively, use kale.

Now blend until you have a smooth purple shake. This recipe makes about 3-4 servings.

Serving Size: Makes 3 adult or 4 child-size servings
