Ingredients
2 slices oven-roasted deli turkey, thin-sliced1 6" flour tortilla1/2 c. fresh spinach leaves, rinsed1 tbsp. hummus
Directions
Spread hummus on tortilla. Top with spinach leaves and turkey. Roll as tight as possible without breaking tortilla.
