low fat vi pumpkin custard

Ingredients
4 scoops vi shake mix4 eggs1.5 c skim milk1 T honey1 T sucanat or brown sugar1/8 c stevia1 t vanilla1 t pumpkin pie spice
Directions
Mix ingredients in blender and pour into 6 ramekins. Place in baking dish with 1 inch water in bottom and bke for 20-30 min. till set.
