Deer Stroganoff

Ingredients
2 tbsp olive oil1/2 cup onion chopped1 cup beef broth1/2 cup mushrooms2tbsp worcesthershire2 tsp garlic powder1/4 cup flour6 tsp sour cream16 oz deer meat canned
Directions
Add olive oil and onions to skillet
Saute until brown, Add 1/2 cup beef broth, mushrooms, garlic, and worcestershire
Add 1/4 cup flour to other half beef broth until mixed together and add to mixture in skillet. Finally add sour cream and cook till boiling and thickens a little then add deer meat to heat. Put over noodles

Serving Size: makes 10 servings about 2 cups each
