DubDub's Turkey Rolls

Ingredients
Dough 1 cup 1% Milk 1/4 cup water 1/2 cup room temperature butter 2 large fresh eggs beaten 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 cup flour 1 Tbsp Dry Yeast Filling 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese 1/2 cup light cream cheese 1/2 cup pureed onion 1/2 cup pureed peppers 1/2 cup Craisins 4 cups Chopped or Diced Turkey
Directions
Warm milk for 1 minute in microwave and pour into breadmaker. Follow with the other Dough ingredients in order given. Run breadmaker on dough setting

Meanwhile chop your leftover turkey, puree your veg and grate your cheese. I use my magic bullet for the veg and cheese.

When dough is done, turn it out onto a floured counter and roll out to a large rectangle...... the bigger the better

Mix the cream cheese with the puree'd onions and peppers and then add Craisins, turkey and shredded cheese

Spread toppings covering the entire surface except the final inch

Roll up cinnamon roll style

cut in 15-16 slices

place on cookie sheet and freeze

once frozen, place in individual sandwich bags in a freezer bag and put back in freezer

to serve:
Take out the morning you want to have for supper, place # if rolls in a greased glass baking dish and place in cold oven to defrost and raise. When ready to go, turn heat in oven to 350 and bake 20-25 minutes Serve with warmed up turkey gravy
