GF cream cheese pancakes

Ingredients
6 teaspoons coconut flour8 eggs8 oz. cream cheese softened1 tsp. baking powder.5 tsp saltvanilla extract to taste
Directions
Blend together eggs, cream cheese and vanilaa extract, add baking powder and salt. Add coconut flour one teaspoon at a time until desired consistency. Remember that coconut flour works best when allowed to rest before cooking.
