Baked Chicken Nuggets

Ingredients
4 Chicken Breast1 cup Corn Flakes (Crushed)1 Egg3 tbsp Milk1 Cup Flour (White, or Whole Wheat)1 tbsp Garlic Powder4 tbsp Parmesan Cheese Salt and Pepper
Directions
Cut chicken breast into cubes, roughly all the same size. Pour corn flakes into a zip bag, and crush. Add cheese to crushed flakes, shake to mix. Crack egg into a small bowl, add milk and mix. In another zip bag, or shallow dish, combine flour, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Add a few pieces of chicken to the flour mix, shake to coat. Transfer to egg mixture, moving to coat entire piece. Finally place in bag of corn flakes and shake to coat. Place the coated nuggets on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Repeat until you've used all chicken. Discard excess flour, flakes and egg wash.

Bake 5-10 minutes until chicken is cooked thoroughly.
