Ingredients
elbow macaroni8 oz shredded sharp cheddar cheese1 qt. 1% or skim milk3 tablespoon buttersalt and pepper to taste
Directions
in 2qt baking dish, melt butter in 350 degree oven, add dry macaroni and stir till coated. Add shredded cheese and salt and pepper, toss lightly NO NOT STIR pour milk over macaroni and cheese and bake uncovered for 1 hour
