Chicken Parmesan Pasta

Ingredients
Parmesan Cheese, grated, 2 tbsp Olive Oil, 1 tbsp Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, 1.50 lb ready-to-cook chicken)Garlic, 2 cloveOnions, raw, 0.25 cup, choppedGreen Peppers (bell peppers), 0.25 cup, chopped Crushed Tomatoes, 1/2 Lg CanSpinach, frozen, 1 cupBarilla - White Fiber Mini Penne Pasta, 6 oz (half box)
Directions
Put the olive oil in a large pan. Saute onions, garlic, peppers and chicken together until chicken is cooked through. While you are doing that, get a pot of boiling water ready for the pasta. Once chicken is done, add the tomatoes to the pan with the parmesan cheese. boil the pasta as directed on the box. Simmer the pan of chicken & sauce very low. When the pasta is done, drain and add it to the pan of sauce. Add in the spinach and mix well. Simer over low heat for about 5 minutes and then sprinkle with a bit of parsley and a little shredded mozzarella as garnish. Enjoy!
