quinoachia seeds 3 tbspbananaprunesagave necter 2 tbsppeanut buttercocoa powder
Cook quinoa as directed
place banana, peanut butter, prunes, cocoa, and agave necter in food processor and process until smooth
Stir together paste with quinoa and chia seeds
Place by tablespoon on wax paper covered cookie sheet and freeze until firm. Once frozen can place in freezer bag. Take out of freezer and ready to eat after room temp for just a few minutes. Keep frozen until ready to eat because they get sticky if allowed to get too warm. 1 or 2 are a great high protein snack that are delicous and filling!
