Santa Fe Rice and Beans

Ingredients
2 cups Cooked Rice1 can Corn8 oz Light Velveeta1 can chili beans1 can rotel
Directions
Mix all ingredients and heat until the cheese melts. Stir thoroughly.
Can do this in microwave or in slow cooker.

Serving Size: makes about 8 cups (I think!)
