Ingredients
Mix together 2 medium carrots, 1 medium celeriac root, 1 dill and 3 cloves of garlic. Mix together 1 cup of greek yogurth+1tbs of extravergin olive oil+20 ml lemon jus. Mix the vegetables with the vinegret and enjoy.
