Turkey Chili

Ingredients
1 lb ground turkey (97% fat free)2 cans Hunts diced tomatoes1 can Westbrae organic black beans1 can Westbrae organic chili beans1 can Rotel diced tomatoes & chilies1 T olive oil1 onion10 cloves garlic1 lg zucchini, chopped1 lg yellow squash, chopped2 lg carrots, choppedHerbes de Provence, red pepper flakes, and cumin to taste.
Directions
Add chopped onion and garlic to olive oil in large stock pot. Saute til translucent.

Add ground turkey and mix thoroughly to ensure it's fully cooked.

Add and stir canned products and spices. Add chopped veggies. Heat through. Top w/shredded cheese if desired. (Not included in ingredients list or nutrition tracker.)

Makes approx. 10 8-oz servings.
