Blueberry Breakfeast Smoothy

Ingredients
1 cup frozen or fresh blueberries1/2 cup pineapple-orange juice1/2 cup fat free milk1 cup fat free vanilla yogurt2 tbsp flax seed1 cup crushed ice
Directions
Add all ingredients in a blender and mix untill smooth. You can use any fruit, strawberry-banana is awsome! Makes about 4-8oz. servings.
