Ingredients
1 lb Chicken Breast (skinless, boneless)1/2 each Red, Yellow, and Orange Bell Pepper1/2 large Sweet Onion3 Tbsp Soy Sauce1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce2 cups Minute Rice, White Rice (long grain)
Directions
Cook chicken to nearly done, then add peppers, sauces, and spices. Add onions about 2 minutes later. Cook on high the whole time. Time your rice to boil about 5 minutes before cooking is done so rice will complete at same time.
