Curry baked haddock

Ingredients
2 lb. fresh haddock, skinless1 cup sliced onion1 cup sliced celery3 tbsp. butter1 tsp. curry powder1 tsp. saltpepper to taste8 oz. light cream
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a baking dish and place haddock (skin side down if not skinless) in dish. In a large skillet, melt butter and sweat onion and celery until tender (about 5 minutes). Add cream, curry powder, salt and pepper and stir until mixture is hot and begins to thicken. Pour mixture over fish and bake for 30 minutes.
