Ingredients
Directions
4 Potatoes (unpeeled)1 Tbsp Barbecue Sauce2 Tbsp Apple Juice (unsweetened)1 tsp Seasoning Salt (or Chili Powder)
Boil whole potatoes in skin, just until tender...and a fork pierces the skin easily. You don't want the potato to be so cooked it falls apart.
Remove from water and chill till easy to handle.
peel (if desired) and cut each potato into 8 wedges.
Heat Oven to 400 degrees.
Place potato wedges into a bowl and toss with barbecue sauce and seasoning salt or chili powder.
Alternatively, you can toss them in apple juice and season them with seasoning salt, garlic powder, whatever you like.
Spread wedges out on a non-stick baking sheet and bake for 10 or so minutes. Turn with spatula and continue to bake for another 10 or so minutes if necessary.
