Spinach/Mushroom/Cheddar Quiche

Ingredients
1 premade pie crust4 eggs1 egg yolk1/2 cup 1% milk1/4 tsp salt1/4 tsp pepper1/4 tsp cayenne1 cup cooked spinach1 cup cooked mushrooms1 cup shredded cheddar
Directions
Preheat oven to 325 (convection preferred). Scramble eggs and yolk with milk and spices. Prebake pie crust for 5 minutes. Crust might slide down in pan a bit; gently reshape with a spoon after removing from oven. Place ingredients into pie crust, pour egg and milk mixtue over top. Bake for 45 minutes. Start checking for done-ness at 30 minutes.
