1 can of Pinto beans2 medium tomatos, diced1 medium onion, diced1 jalapeno, diced5 servings turkey sausage7 servings turkey bacon4 cups chicken broth4 tbps olive oil2 cloves of garlic
Brown sausage and bacon in 3tbps of olive oil.
Remove from pan, set aside. In the same pan, saute onion and jalapeno, in 1 tbps of olive oil until onion is translucent. Add tomatos, chicken broth, bacon, sausage, and 2 whole garlic cloves. Bring to a boil, then simmer 20min.
Makes 10, 1cup servings.
