Aashirvaad Whole Wheat Atta Net 1 kg, 400 gram(s) *gramflour ( besan), 300 gram(s) Cabbage, fresh, 425 grams Chili powder, 2 tbsp *Sambar Paste, 1 tbsp Ginger, ground, 1 tbsp *Coriander seed, 2 tbsp Rice Lite Refined Rice Bran Oil Net 1 litre, 450 gram(s)Salt, 3 tbsp
1) Chop cabbage finely. Add to large bowl.
2) Take flours, chilli powder, sambar powder, ginger, coriander powder, salt and mix well. Taste for adequate salt and chilli powder. Add, if required.
3) Add 2 tbsp oil and mix.
4) Add cabbage and mix well.
5) Take a small cup with water, dip fingers, take a lemon-sized ball of batter, roll in palm, make a hole in center with thumb and gently slide into side of heated oil tawa.
6) Bake till golden.
Serving Size: makes fourty-five medium vadas
