Snacked on fresh carrots while waiting to cook. I grated tangerine since I didn't have any oranges & I thought it turned out great but my kids disagree. I served w/roasted potatoes & yams. Look forward to seeing what dh thinks. - 2/11/11

My husband says it is restaurant quality! I am brand new to cooking and this was very easy to do. The only things I deviated on were the orange peels (I just threw tangerine peels in the pot instead of grating them) and I cut up the tangerine into slices and put them on the lettuce as well. - 5/6/08
