5-6 ice cubes, milk, yoplait vanilla yogurt, frozen mized berries
Directions
add all ingredients to the blender and mix until smooth, depending on how frozen the fruit or ice is, you may need to let sit before blending! Enjoy. You can add other fruits or protein to this smoothie to make a meal!
