flourless rich chocolate cake

1 19oz can white kidney beans, rinsed well and drained2/3 c cocoa1/4 c butter, melted4 eggs2/3 c sugar2 t vanilla1 t baking powder1 t baking soda1 T cider vinegar
heat oven to 350, grease a 9" round cake pan.
NOTE: you must use a food processor or powerful blender for this recipe to work.
put beans in food processor. process until fine. One at a time, drop each egg into beans with processor running, allowing it to fully incorporate before adding next. stop processor, scrape down sides, and add cocoa, butter and sugar. Replace lid and process till smooth. Add remaining ingredients and process till smooth. Batter will be thin, this is normal - but it should be smooth.
Pour into prepared cake tin and bake at 350 for approx 40 mins or until it test done with a toothpick or skewer.
Optional- dust with confectioners sugar, or cinnamon. Drizzle with icing or melted chocolate if desired.
