Whole Wheat Banana Pancakes (100 Days of Real Food)

Ingredients
2 c whole wheat flour (King Arthur)2 tsp baking powder1 1/2 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp fine sea salt1 tbsp honey2 lg eggs, light beaten1 3/4 c 1% milk2 tbsp butter, melted2 ripe bananas, mashed100% pure maple syrup for serving (not included in nutritional info)
Directions
In a large bowl, mix the dry ingredients. In a small bowl, mix the wet ingredients except the bananas. Add the wet to the dry without over mixing. Fold in the bananas gently.
Using a 1/4 c measure, ladle the batter onto a preheated griddle and cook until golden on each side.

Serving Size: Makes 22 (or so) pancakes using 1/4 measure for batter
