Ingredients
1 T. olive oil3 small garlic cloves, chopped1 can diced tomatoes, juice included1 can black beans, drained1 can corncumin, salt and pepper to taste
Directions
1.Heat olive oil in pan
2.Add chopped garlic
3.Add 1 can each of diced tomatoes, black beans and corn
4.Season with cumin, salt and pepper to taste
5.Simmer, covered for 10-15 minutes
