Flavorful Whole Grain Waffles

Ingredients
*Flour, white, 1 cup (remove)*Whole Wheat Flour, 0.5 cup (remove)Instant, Quick, and Regular Oats Cereal, .5 cup, dry, yields (remove)Brown Sugar, 3 tsp packed (remove)Baking Powder, 3 tsp (remove)Milk, 1%, 2 cup (remove)Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove)*Canola Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)Maple Syrup, 1 tbsp (remove)1/4 tsp salt
Directions
combine flours,oats, brown sugar,baking powder and saltin large bowl. Whisk milk, eggs and oil in medium bowl. Whisk milk mixture inot dry ingredients just until dry ingredients are thoroughly moistened. Allow batter to rest 5 minutes. Preheat waffle maker. Pour batter onto the bottom grid. Close top top and flip waffle maker. Bake until waffle is brown about 4 minutes.
