Ingredients
*Venison, ground, 32 oz Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Saltine Crackers (Saltines), 2 cup, crushed Egg, fresh, 2 large Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped
Directions
Mix all ingredients together. Make 7-8 equall size balls. Flatten into patties. Place on broiler pan in oven. Oven on 375 for about 20 min.
