Turkey Poon Sheppards Pie

1 head of cauliflower (cooked then mashed)2 eggs added in meat mixture before spreading in pan2 lbs of lean ground turkey1 small onion diced1 med red pepper6 cloves of garlic2 Baby Zucchini, chopped2 tbsp of Philly Herb & Garlic cream cheese added while mashing cauliflower (low fat)Dry Chicken Gravy mix, add to a small amount of broth while cooking turkey, enough to make it slightly saucy!2 tsp Italian seasoning added to meat while cookingPaprika sprinkled on top of the final product before cooking
1. Put the cauliflower in a pot of boiling water and let cook
2. Brown turkey in skillet. Add onions, peppers, zucchini and garlic and cook for a few minutes
3. Make a "hole" in the center of the mixture and pour in 1 cup of broth, let it heat for a minute then add the dry gravy mix. Stir around till it thickens then mix into the mixture.
4. Drain the cauliflower and mash up with the Philly cheese. .
5. Put the meat mixture into an ungreased 9X13 pan, spread evenly, add the eggs and mix well
6. Top with the cauliflower mixture, spread evenly then sprinkle with paprika to add colour!
Cooked for about 25 minutes or until golden brown (uncovered) in a preheated (375) oven
