Cheesy Cauliflower Mashed Potatoes

3 potatoes1 bag cauliflower1 tbsp buttera couple scoops of cheese saucegarlicpepper
boil potatoes and cauliflower with garlic (to taste- I used a scoop from our costco jar) until it smooshes easily with a fork. Drain most of the water (but leave a little in + all the garlic. Add butter and cheese (any kind will do, had some dip left over so I used that, often I use blue cheese or cheddar or feta, whatever is around - but if you use straight cheese you should add some sour cream or fage or ranch). Mash the mixture up. Add pepper to taste. Enjoy, knowing that your yummy taters really are half cauliflower!
